More About Grethe 

Grethe has a decade of experience treating a variety of physiotherapy conditions. She qualified with her BSc in Physiotherapy (with distinction) in 2013, her MSc in Sports Physiotherapy (with distinction) in 2017 at the University of Cape Town. She then completed her PhD in Physiotherapy focusing on return to sport following shoulder dislocations in 2024. She has published articles in international peer-reviewed journals and is a recipient of the T. David Sisk award for Best International Paper awarded by the American Orthopaedic Society of Sports Medicine.

Becoming a physiotherapist was Grethe’s dream from a young age and she loves her profession. She is passionate about helping patients reach their goals. This may include pain management, recovering following surgery or returning to sport or work following an injury or other ailment as well as assistance during pregnancy and post-partum care.
